Information Manufacturing, LLC. was founded in 1998 as a corporation focused on helping federal government agencies transform data repositories into readily accessible electronic archives. Our customer satisfaction has been consistently high because we enable our customers to store and exploit the digitized data throughout its lifecycle in direct support of their agency missions.
We offer customers the option of leasing services in an ASP technology model, as well as buying installed solutions. Our flexible pricing lets customers obtain solutions quickly without capital procurements and grow them as the technology state-of-the-art, operational requirements and budgets dictate.
Customer satisfaction surveys performed by Dunn & Bradstreet consistently rate IMC "Above Average" to "Outstanding" in overall customer satisfaction, value and responsiveness. That customer loyalty, as well as our consultative approach to sales and service, has resulted in our outstanding financial performance. Since 1999, IMC has enjoyed a compound annual growth rate of more than 30% while incurring no debt.
As we grow, we diversify technologically and geographically — but always with a focus on our original competencies and core mission. For instance, we now offer a full array of data exploitation technology testing, conversion and knowledge management services, as well as application hosting and development facilities around the country.
